Stardale Supports LLC is a licensed 245D Basic Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) provider proudly serving individuals across Minnesota. Our mission is to empower people to live fulfilling and independent lives in the comfort of their own homes and communities.

Our services include Individual Community Living Supports (ICLS), Homemaker, Night Supervision, Companion, and Respite Care, among others. Each service is designed to meet the unique needs of the people we serve under Minnesota’s 245D and HCBS program standards.
